B4.
This is part of the #Dungeon23 challenge in which you make one room to a dungeon every day for a year. In an effort to link my memories to the creation, I am also writing a personal journal entry with each room that may or may not be related.
You don’t have to read that part.
B4.
This room doubles as a training grounds and weapon storage for Riglum Warriors.
There are racks of pointy objects made from broken glass and sharp metals.
On the wall is a crude drawing of a Goblin with a crown. Under his portrait is a whip hanging from two pegs embedded in the stone.
There is a 1-6 chance that you will run into two goblins working out in here. They will tag team your ass.
The Whip on the wall is…
WHIP OF URNBUNK
This whip was used by famed leader of the Goblin Tribes, Lord Urnbunk The Best. It was after his death that goblins began splitting into factions.
Any non Goblin wielding this whip will absolutely get attacked by any and every goblin you run into. It’s a big deal, dude.
Ashfoot Goblins hate that Riglum Goblins have this weapon as Lord Urbunk had one ashen colored foot.

Okay. So this is the last night before the madness.
Tomorrow Gail and I drive out of state to our new home. Monday morning we sign some paperwork and get our new home. Then I turn around and driiiiive all the way back to Chicago to pick my kids from a relative, leaving Gail behind.
Then I’ll be a hot single dad for three days, taking care of kids, cooking dinners, and packing the last boxes before the movers come on Friday. On Friday I drive allllllll the way back to our new home to finally move in.
So a long week with lots of driving up and down the same road.
While I’m really dreading this week, the week after is going to be fucking awesome, because I’ll begin the process of creating my workspace/studio. I’m overflowing with ideas that I can’t wait to figure out.
So the next couple of days I’ll be on the road. Can I get my rooms done? We’ll find out…
See you tomorrow.
