This is part of the #Dungeon23 challenge in which you make one room to a dungeon every day for a year. In an effort to link my memories to the creation, I am also writing a personal journal entry with each room that may or may not be related.
You don’t have to read that part.

The southern half of this area is covered in a several inches of water, which is trickling down-slope through the southeast passage.

The source of the water is a hole in the ceiling. Following the hole up will lead you to the secret treasure room: B10.

On the ground is the remains of a broken chest. A couple of gold coins can be discovered in the water, one of which is closer to the southeastern passage.

In the northern half of this room is the rubble of a small goblin camp. Investigating the camp you can find broken goblin bones. On the northeast wall is a terrifying hand-painted image of a gnarly boar face. This is a crude rendering of Inosh’s visage.

Painted my office today, which was a pretty much my whole day. Almost got it comfortable in here. My color of choice was called “Witchcraft,” which I quite liked. When I picked it out I thought it looked like the shadows in the woods. I’ve turned on some lights with different colors and temperatures and I like the way it looks in just about any situation. Warm light. Cool light, direct sun. Each has a different vibe and I like all of them.

Colors are crazy bro.

Watched The Man from U.N.C.L.E. with the family tonight. I honestly don’t remember hearing about it when it came out back in 2015. Apparently it didn’t do so hot.

I’d recently heard about it somewhere, I can’t remember where, but they were saying that it was a really good Hollywood action movie that no one watched - which made me want to see it.

And it was indeed pretty good. Really liked the cast - I thought Henry Cavill, Armie Hammer, and Alicia Vikander were a fun trio with good chemistry. Unlike most action movies, it doesn’t feel the need to over stuff it with action sequences so people don’t get bored, nor does it undercut serious moments with a quip like so many movies do nowadays. It makes the jokes it does make even better, honestly.

Solid movie. Check it out.

See you tomorrow.
